Confidential STD Testing
We know your privacy is of great importance and we maintain your strict anonymity at all times. When you book an STD test with us, you receive a PIN code that does not identify any of your personal details. Alternatively, if you would rather give a false name memorable to you, this will form the basis of identifying you with our providers, allow you to receive your results over the telephone, and for any discounted future testing you wish to book with us.
You can be assured that any information you give during your visit to one of our clinics will be treated entirely confidentially. No information relating to you will be divulged to a third party without your express permission. All tests, results and treatments are prescribed based on your PIN code and not your name to ensure accuracy and fail-safe security of care.
