The commissioning of services for the HIV+ population has been said in a report to have &#8220;no clear strategy&#8221;. There is a budget of \u00a33.2m funded by the Local Authorities for the Pan London HIV Prevention Programmee (PLHPP).<\/p>\n<p>HIV treatment in London currently costs \u00a3500m a year and supports 30,000 people, with the PLHPP focusing on gay men and African communities.
