Is the Drugs Screen accurate?
Better2Know’s private services are performed in line with the highest international standards of quality and care. Our selection of tests are CE marked, and your samples are analysed by our certified laboratory, which ensures accurate results.
How does drug testing work?
Better2Know’s drug tests will establish whether you have the presence of commonly used illegal substances in your system. Once you have received your home test kit, all you need to do is collect your urine sample. We will send you instructions on how to take your sample. Your package will include a urine collection container and a prepaid envelope. Simply send your sample to our accredited laboratory for fast and efficient analysis.
When will my Drugs Screen kit arrive?
All home test kits ordered before 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be sent off on the same day via first class post. Your discreet package should arrive the next working day, or the day after, depending on where you reside in the UK.
How long before I get my Drugs Screen results?
Your confidential results will be ready as early as two working days from receipt of your samples at our lab. Better2Know’s expert Patient Services team will contact you once all your results are available. You can also check the status of your results using Better2Know’s online patient area, where they will be posted securely when they are ready.
Is the Better2Know Drugs Screen confidential?
Yes. Your patient journey with Better2Know is 100% confidential. This includes your personal information, as well as your results. You may choose to remain anonymous if that makes you feel more comfortable. Better2Know will not share these with any third parties unless you ask us to do so or the law requires it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will you send my kit to me?
If your order is placed before 4pm on a working day, then it will be sent the same day. Otherwise it will be sent on the next working day.
Q: Why do you need my email address?
Your Patient Services Manager, Louise Wright, will email you your login details to access your results, a confirmation your kit has been dispatched and finally when all your results are ready. We do not sell on or email you any other marketing materials, that is why we do not ask you to opt in or out of anything.
Q: Do I need to use my real name?
No, but the postman does need to know where to deliver the kit to. As long as you use a name that will get the kit to you, then we do not need your real name.
Q: What does the kit packaging look like?
It will arrive in plain white envelope with your typed name and address on it.
Q: What if I have any more questions?
You can email Louise by replying to one of the emails she has sent to you. She will do her best to answer them.
