1. Name of supplier

Bridgeview Partners UK LLP ('we' or 'us') shall be supplying the services to you.

2. What is to be provided to you by us

We and you have agreed that we will provide the services described on the website, namely the STD information, consultation and testing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you agree to us starting to perform those services before the end of the seven day period following the day we enter into a contact.

3. Price

The price of the service you have requested is set out in http://www.better2know.co.uk/page/which-std-test. The testing is not subject to VAT where the primary purpose of the service being provided relates to the protection; maintenance; or restoration of the health of the Patient. However, VAT may be charged (where applicable) for any other services.

4. When payment is to be made

You will need to make payment at the time you place your request. Please note that we will not be able to perform the services until we have received payment. With our prior agreement you may pay us, or the Practitioner to whom we refer you, in cash at a time we appoint.

5. Cancellation rights

5.1 Once you have paid, we will have entered into a binding contract. You can cancel this contract within the seven day period that starts on the day after the contract is made, except that you can-not cancel the contract once we have started to perform the service, or where you have agreed to us starting to perform the services before the end of the seven day period.

5.2 To cancel the contract you will need to send a letter to us. You can send the letter by post, email or facsimile or by personal delivery. Contact details for where to send the letter are set out in Pa-ragraph below. If you cancel the contract orally, you will need to confirm the oral cancellation in writing and send it to us by one of the means just specified.
