One of the reasons that our patients come to us, is that they want a high quality service, but do not really want to ask their friends for advice. We are here to help you every step of the way, and so we are starting this feedback blog page so that you can review our service and tell us and others what you thought of it. We hope that you will find the time to tell us what you think. We take feedback from you very seriously at Better2Know. However, we appreciate that not everyone has the time to fill in a survey or phone us up and let us know how you found the service and your suggestions for making it even better. So we thought we would start this blog post so that you can tell us what you think, in just as anonymous way as you booked your test with us in the first place.
